Kauai: The indoor-outdoor Japanese Grandma’s Cafe, which debuted in Hanapepe in July, serves poke bowls, sushi, and entrees that include local grass-fed beef rib-eye, organic chicken teriyaki, and kurobota pork tonkatsu.
