Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

• Full-time: 5 days, 40 hours ( 1 PM–9 PM)

• Part-time: 2 to 4 nights 5 PM-9 PM /2 to 4 days

Pay: Starting at $22/hour + tips (higher pay depending on experience; probation period applies) Starting at $21/hour + tips for no experience

Responsibilities: Prep ingredients for your station (e.g., cutting proteins/vegetables, making sauces, frying, sautéing). Maintain a positive attitude, good attendance, and follow directions.

Experience: Not required; we will train the right person with the right attitude.

Pay: $20/hour + tips (eligible for tips after a 4-day probation period)

Responsibilities: Set up and clean the dish pit for daily operations. Wash dishes, plates, and utensils according to restaurant standards. Put away dishes properly. Occasionally assist the kitchen with prep and cleaning tasks.
