Shinji's Poke Bowl

Served at lunch. Ahi or mixed fish lightly coated in chef's special sauce with a choice of Tamanishiki white rice, brown rice or local organic green salad.

 

Futomaki-Rito

Japanese style sushi-burrito, rolled with seaweed. Choice of shrimp tempura or poke. Includes cucumber, avocado, greens, and Tamanishiki rice.  Served during lunch only.

 

Tenzaru

Traditional Japanese cold buckwheat soba noodles with dipping sauce, three pieces of veggie tempura, and two pieces of shrimp tempura.

 

Hanapepe Roll

Eel and shrimp tempura, avocado, crunchy bits and eel sauce.   

 

Yellowtail Jalepeno

Thinly sliced Hamachi sashimi dressed with Ponzu.

 

 

 

 

Kaua'i Shrimp

Fried, whole, local fresh-water shrimp. Served with ginger tumeric aioli.

 

 

Tiger Roll

Spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, ponzu sauce with shrimp. Topped with Japanese dressing.

 

Pork Tonkatsu

With katsu sauce and spicy mustard.

 

 

 

Sashimi Salad

Bits of sashimi on local mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, and tobiko dressed with our house-made wafu dressing.

 

 

Grandma's Futomaki Roll

Egg, cucumber, yamagobo, kanpyo, shitake, eel and shrimp.

Available without eel and shrimp.
