December 2016 Tasting Menu


Introducing Executive Chef Thomas Falchini's December Tasting Menu. Five fantastic courses made with local ingredients. Available December 11th and 12th with seatings at 5:15 and 7:30 each night. $75 per seat, BYOB.

Reservations with a $40 deposit required. We prefer taking reservations by text (808-634-0101) or e-mail (info@blu-umi.com). Please provide your name, phone number, party number, and desired date/time. We will call you to confirm your reservation and take your deposit.
